General conditions of sale and cancellation
An invoice will be sent to you on reception of your registration. Registration fees for Siec17 include entry to the trade fair on 21 & 22 June 2017.
Registration fees for the Gala Evening include access to the restaurant, aperitif and dinner on Tuesday, 20 June 2017, from 8 PM.
Any cancellations must be sent to us in writing. Cancellation fees are as follows: between 30 and 11 days prior to Siec, 50% of registration fees; for cancellations 10 days and under prior to Siec, 100% of registration fees. In this case, attendees may be replaced by another person from their company.
*Early Bird price: Registration up to 15 April 2017 inclusive (postmarked by the deadline).
Under the « Hamon Law », a 14-day withdrawal period is granted as from the payment date of the order for badges on the siec-online.com website. This period does not apply to registration for the Gala evening.
