  • When and where will the next Siec be held?
    The next Siec will be held on Tuesday 19 and Wednesday 20 September 2023 at Porte de Versailles. The exhibition will be open from 9am to 7pm on 19 September and from 9am to 6pm on 20 September 2023.
  • What are the advantages of a Siec badge?
    The badge gives you access to the entire Siec exhibition for 2 days, to its different areas, its conferences as well as to the Paris Retail Week exhibition.
  • Is it possible to enter the show without being a professional?
    The Siec is a trade show strictly reserved for professionals, and more specifically for those working in the retail and commercial property sectors.
  • How do I get my Siec entry badge?

    The access to the Siec is free for retailers, public authorities, shopping centre managers, directors of a retail association or economic interest group, and journalists. Go to and click on "Get your badge" to register. Your request will be submitted to the Organisation for approval.
    A proof of identity (or a press card for journalists) may be required at the entrance.

    If you are an exhibitor at Siec, log on to "Espace Exposant" at or contact the person in charge of your stand at your company.

  • How do I order badges for my staff?

    It is not possible anymore to order several badges during a single registration. Each badge request must be done with a unique email address.
    once you registered a badge, you need to disconnect on the top of the page, then start a second registration with another email address.

    If you are an exhibitor at the Siec, log on to "Espace Exposant" at or contact the person in charge of your stand at your company. In order to protect the personal data of each of your employees, it is necessary to provide a unique email address for each of them. This email address will be required to activate their badges.

  • How much do visitor badges cost?

    Early Bird" rates (valid until 30 June 2023)

    • For FACT members: €832 excluding VAT
    • For non-FACT members: 1050 euros excluding VAT

    Rates (from 1st July 2023)

    • For FACT members: 1050 euros excluding VAT
    • For non-FACT members: 1326 euros excluding VAT

    Special Group offer**

    • Badges from €732 excluding VAT for purchases of 5 badges or more.

    *Membership rates and the special group offer are only available to companies that are members of FACT and up to date with their membership fees.

  • How can I pay for a badge?
    When you register online, you can pay for your order by credit card (Visa or Mastercard) or bank transfer. At the show, you can pay by credit card or cash.
  • Can I lend my badge to someone else?
    No. The badge is personal and non-transferable. You will be asked for it each time you enter and leave the show.
  • What do I do if I have not received my e-badge despite registering online?

    Your e-badge will be sent to you by email and will also be available in your personal space (accessible from the registration platform).

    Please check that the email has not arrived in your junk mail folder and that the email address given in your personal space is correct.

  • What do I do if I can't print my badge?

    The electronic badge download will appear in a new PDF window. Make sure that your browser allows pop-up pages.

    You will also need to have PDF-reading software installed on your computer. If you don't have this, you can download Adobe Reader.

    You will also be able to print your badge directly at the exhibition reception desk on the terminals provided.

  • How do I access my personal area?

    To access your personal space, log on to the Siec registration platform.

    Then enter the login and password you received when you registered.

  • How do I retrieve my password if I have forgotten it?

    On the Siec registration platform, click on "Don't remember your password?".

    If nothing happens, you can contact us by email.

  • What is the purpose of the personal space?

    On your personal area, you will be able to:

    • Retrieve and print your badge
    • Find your order receipt(s)
    • Update your personal details
  • How can I obtain an order receipt?

    Your order receipt is available in your personal area, by clicking on the "My order receipts" menu.

    For invoices, you can send an email to [email protected].

  • How can I obtain the Official Show Guide?
    The guide will be available online on the Siec website, and in a printed version on-site.
  • How do students get access to the event?
    Applications for student accreditation should be sent to [email protected]. Proof of student status will be required.
  • Can I get preferential transport rates to get to the Show?
    You can visit the page "How to come to the Siec" to get all the relevant information about travel and accommodation discounts.
