  • When and where will the next Siec be held?
    The Siec will be held on Wednesday, 11 June, and Thursday, 12 June 2025, at Paris Expo Porte de Versailles. The exhibition is open from 9am to 9pm on 11 June and from 9am to 6pm on 12 June.  
  • Why getting my pass?
    Your pass gives you access to the 2 days of the Siec event, its different areas and its conferences.
    Taking your badge in advance will save you time at the entrance to the show when you arrive.
  • Is it possible to enter the show without being a professional?
    The Siec is a trade show strictly reserved for professionals, and more specifically for those working in the retail and commercial property sectors.
  • How do I get my Siec entry pass?

    The access to the Siec is free for retailers, public authorities, shopping centre managers, directors of a retail association or economic interest group, and journalists. Go to www.siec-online.com and click on "Get your pass" to register. Your request will be submitted to the Organisation for approval.
    A proof of identity (or a press card for journalists) may be required at the entrance.

    If you are an exhibitor at Siec, log on to "Espace Exposant" at www.siec-online.com or contact the person in charge of your stand at your company.

  • How do I order pass for my staff?

    It is not possible anymore to order several pass during a single registration. Each pass request must be done with a unique email address.
    once you registered a pass, you need to disconnect on the top of the page, then start a second registration with another email address.

    If you are an exhibitor at the Siec, log on to "Espace Exposant" at www.siec-online.com or contact the person in charge of your stand at your company. In order to protect the personal data of each of your employees, it is necessary to provide a unique email address for each of them. This email address will be required to activate their pass.

  • How much do visitor pass cost?

    Early Bird" rates (valid until 29 March 2025)

    • For FACT members: €1,000 excluding VAT
    • For non-FACT members: €1,500 euros excluding VAT
    • For FACT members, special Group offer (5 pass or more): €900 euros excluding VAT

     
    Rates (from 30 March 2024)

    • For FACT members: €1,300 excluding VAT
    • For non-FACT members: €1,950 excluding VAT 
    • For FACT members, special Group offer (5 pass or more): €1,150 euros excluding VAT

  • How can I pay for a pass?
    When you register online, you can pay for your order by credit card (Visa or Mastercard) or bank transfer. At the show, you can pay by credit card or cash.
  • Can I lend my pass to someone else?
    No. The pass is personal and non-transferable. You will be asked for it each time you enter and leave the show.
  • What do I do if I have not received my e-pass despite registering online?

    Your e-pass will be sent to you by email and will also be available in your personal space (accessible from the registration platform).

    Please check that the email has not arrived in your junk mail folder and that the email address given in your personal space is correct.

  • What do I do if I can't print my pass?

    The electronic pass download will appear in a new PDF window. Make sure that your browser allows pop-up pages.

    You will also need to have PDF-reading software installed on your computer. If you don't have this, you can download Adobe Reader.

    You will also be able to print your pass directly at the exhibition reception desk on the terminals provided.

  • How do I access my personal area?

    The platform will soon be available. By filling in this form, you will be notified in advance of the opening of the visitor registration for the Siec 2025: https://bit.ly/3NxMIsD

  • How do I retrieve my password if I have forgotten it?

    On the Siec registration platform, click on "Don't remember your password?".

    If nothing happens, you can contact us by email.

  • What is the purpose of the personal space?

    On your personal area, you will be able to:

    • Retrieve and print your pass
    • Find your order receipt(s)
    • Update your personal details
  • How can I obtain an order receipt?

    Your order receipt is available in your personal area, by clicking on the "My order receipts" menu.

    For invoices, you can send an email to [email protected].

  • How can I obtain the Official Guide?
    The guide will be available at the entrance of the event.
  • How do students get access to the event?
    Applications for student accreditation should be sent to [email protected]. Proof of student status will be required.
  • Can I get preferential transport rates to get to the Show?
    You can visit the page "How to come to the Siec" to get all the relevant information about travel and accommodation discounts.
